Customer Team Assistant Manager
12‑month fixed term contract for the role of Customer Team Assistant Manager.

About the Role
In this position, you will provide inspirational leadership and management support the end‑to‑end customer appointment booking process across both Staff and Panel Booking Firm Surveyors. You will lead, develop, and support a team of Customer Agents, ensuring productivity, quality, and utilisation targets are consistently met.
You’ll also be responsible for analysing performance metrics, supporting continuous improvement, managing stakeholder relationships across the business, and deputising for the Central Operations Manager when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience of supporting colleagues or leading teams within a Contact Centre environment ideally within Mortgage or valuation operations.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work dynamically as part of the Central Operations Management Team.
- Good judgement and analytical thinking, with a strong focus on delivering a great customer experience.
