Customer Team Agent

12‑month fixed term contract for the role of Customer Team Agent

This is a fantastic role for anyone passionate about providing and excellent customer journey.

About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for the customer appointment service, booking valuation and survey appointments with customers.

Using booking technology and systems, plan and organise Surveys

To continually analyse KPI's to ensure business is on track.

What We’re Looking For

  • Familiarity with Survey and valuation products and processes.
  • Ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience of telephony based Customer Service ideally similar to a Contact Centre environment
