Customer Services Advisor

Our client in the Coalville area are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

The main purpose of the role will be to:

  • Complete the day to day duties within the department

  • Provide excellent customer service on the telephone, face to face and via email

  • Manage own brand and key account customer accounts

Overview of the role

  • Process purchase orders on SAPs

  • Handle incoming calls and resolve queries alongside building good customer relationships
  • Complete customer Stock reports, analyse data and make sure they have good availability
  • Manage customer deliveries, liaising with both shipping company and customers
  • Work to deadlines, Prioritise work load and multitask
  • Stock Checks, Pricing and product lead times
  • Dealing with customer discrepancies, investigating and logging reports using excel
  • Chasing deliveries, Giving ETA’s and requesting POD’s

Hours of work:

8.30am - 5pm (1hour lunch) Mon - Friday

Salary up to £24,000  - £26,000 for relevant experience.
