Location: Gillingham, Kent

Our client is seeking a Technical Account Manager with expertise in Fire and Security systems. This role entails nurturing key service accounts, driving sales growth, and cross-selling services related to Fire Detection, Suppression, CCTV, Access Control, and more. The ideal candidate is expected to have a solid grasp of technologies such as Fire Detection & Alarm systems, EVCS, PAVA, and Gas Suppression Systems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
• Acquire orders and achieve sales targets
• Assist with site surveys and new maintenance quotations
• Lead a team to deliver compliant life safety maintenance

Skills and Competencies:

• FIA (or recognised certified) Training in Fire Detection & Alarm systems
• Proven experience in the life safety industry
• Consultative & value selling skills
• Logical and organised approach to problem solving
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
