We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a leader in renewable energy solutions, specialising in Solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, and low-carbon heat pump installations. Due to rising demand, they are seeking a driven and well-organised Sales Representative to join their team and support continued growth.

About the Role
This role is an excellent opportunity for a passionate individual to contribute to a thriving industry and grow their sales career. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of customer engagement, helping clients transition to renewable energy solutions while driving company growth. Please note: This position requires travel to customer premises throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Following up on organically generated leads, qualifying potential customers, and scheduling site visits or surveys.
  • Conducting pre-sales surveys and site visits to understand customer needs.
  • Specifying Solar PV and other renewable energy systems with technical team support.
  • Preparing and presenting proposals and following up with potential customers.
  • Serving as a point of contact for customers throughout installations and for future opportunities.

What We’re Looking For
Our client seeks a candidate who has:

  • Proven success in sales, ideally in renewables or related industries, but transferable experience will also be considered.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm, discipline, and excellent organisation skills.
  • A full UK driver’s licence.
  • The ambition to thrive in a team with a target of £1 million in sales per month.
