Hours: 42 Hours (shift pattern 6am-3pm Mon - Fri / 3pm - 12 midnight - Mon to Thurs and Saturday day shift 7.00am - 4.00pm)

Job Description:

Our client, is seeking a Maintenance Engineer with electrical qualifications to join their engineering team. The role involves overseeing all maintenance activities on a rotating shift pattern, improving machine up-time through reactive and preventative maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company standards and health & safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair of machinery, plant, and equipment
• Liaise with managers and shift staff to provide maintenance support
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
• Record detailed repair information and ensure timely ordering of parts
• Complete shift reports and provide handover information

Experience, Qualifications, and Knowledge Required:

• Electrically qualified with time served plus 2 years within FMCG ideally food production.
• Mechanical & welding experience desirable
• Experience in control of tools, stores and equipment
