Industrial Carpenter 

Our client requires a Commercial / Industrial Carpenter / Joiner to join the team to cover areas from Milton Keynes to Greater London.

The role consists of being part of a family run business and values with rapid growth in all sectors.

As the business is growing our client is in need of a competent individual who wants to grow with the business and eventually be part of the carpentry division. 

The individual will need to be able to work independently as well as with an in-house team & communicate effectively.

The role will need someone who can attend site surveys and price works accordingly as well as a hands-on approach.

Projects -

High end residential buildings, first and second fix installations, Kitchens, bathrooms. 

Iconic London building M&E support - Working on Projects for landlords, building managers eg toilet block upgrades, sustainability projects upgrades etc...

Attending callouts or site support when required. 

Industrial works -

Working with large scale companies such as Amazon, Muller and other logistics companies, offering great support and improving maintenance on a proactive basis.

Working on projects, extensions, new toilet blocks, industrial kitchen works.

Skills - 

NVQ or equivalent Carpentry or Joinery

Salary - £45k - £55K (skills dependent)

08:00 - 16:30 - 40hrs a week

OT available, midweek standard rate, Sat x 1.5, Sun x 2.
